New Events Added
Midnight Oasis: Prsented by Sako Tumi and Jennifer Noran. Midnight Oasis is back again this year to delight and charm you with their beguiling dance moves and glamour flavored with a dark fusion look and feel. This year’s theme is trust and a celebration of life with a variety of music that is sure to make you want to get on your feet and dance along! Mark your calendars for 8:15 on Friday night at the main stage and prepare to be whisked away from the real world and into a space filled with fantasy and delight.
Night of the Turkeys: A Celebration of Misfit Monster Movies! Presented by S.A. Bradley and James Sabata. A triple feature of some of the funniest B-movie horror films in existence! James Sabata and S.A. Bradley will curate three “turkeys,” and audience participation, in the form of comments, is encouraged. They will set up each movie with some crazy facts about the production. Cookies will be provided (BYOB)
The only BAD MOVIES are BORING MOVIES! Turkeys are anything but boring! These misfit movies are made by folks who were crazy enough to swing for the fences even when nobody gave them a chance in hell. These movies get a response, but it’s not the response the filmmakers expected!
Join us as we party along with the craziest movies ever made! Laugh! Cry! Do a dance you’ll be ashamed of later! Audience participation is very encouraged! Bad movies are forgettable, but THESE TURKEYS WILL LIVE IN YOUR MIND FOREVER!
The Queen Bee’s Duel of Composure and Crumb: Presented by The Queen Bee (Jennifer Noran). Steampunk enthusiasts, authors, and attendees gather around the dueling table, many dressed in their finest Victorian gear, bustles, top hats, and leather teacup holsters. At the center of the action is the Queen Bee, Jennifer Noran, the official judge presiding over the match with an air of mock-solemnity, a booming voice, and strict adherence to the rules. As the seconds tick by, the tension in the room becomes palpable. Hands begin to shake, and the biscuits start to sag and teeter. If a competitor panics and tries to eat their biscuit too early, they risk a messy collapse and disqualification. If they wait too long, gravity wins, and the biscuit plunges to its soggy doom. The winner is the person who exhibits the perfect mix of psychological grit, timing, and composure to pull off the final, elegant bite right at the brink of disaster. It’s a crowd-favorite spectacle that perfectly encapsulates the creative, fun-loving spirit of Imaginarium.
VampChat LIVE With Dan & Eva: Featuring Dan Klefstad and Eva Vertrice. Vamp Chat is the ultimate podcast for dark speculative fiction, hosted by authors Dan Klefstad and Eva Vertrice, featuring Special Guest Dacre Stoker. Together, they explore the evolving landscape of gothic fiction, vampire folklore, and horror culture. This session is a LIVE broadcast!
