Become a Vendor at Imaginarium 2026!
The 13th Year of the Imaginarium Convention is coming to Louisville at the Holiday Inn Louisville East July 17-19, 2026!
We have two options for those wishing to become vendors at the event with our Main Expo Hall and the Creatives Alley!
Expo Spaces all include the following
- Each space includes an eight-foot long table, covered with a cloth and 2 chairs.
- Each reserved space includes one full weekend Event Ticket.
- Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis until all spaces are filled. (Both the Main Expo Hall and Creatives Alley Spaces sold completely out last year, so don’t wait!)
- Sharing of a table space is allowed, but the vendor space reservation must be made by a single party.
- 3 full days of exhibiting!
Notes: Vendor tables and extra vendor badges are purchased on a non-refundable basis. A vendor badge is equivalent to a full weekend Event Ticket for purposes of accessing the Imaginarium Convention and all of our programming and content.
Exhibitors/vendors need to secure their items and cover with a cloth when not at your tables.
The Main Expo Hall is locked at the end of vendor hours each day.
If you have a table in Creative’s Alley, this space is not locked down at the end of vendor hours. It is the responsibility of exhibitors in Creative’s Alley to secure their spaces and all items at the close of every day. The Imaginarium Convention is not liable for any stolen or lost property!
Two options for vendor space at Imaginarium 2026!
Both options for vendors will be well-exposed to the traffic at Imaginarium 2026!
There is a difference between the two options regarding lockdowns that vendors with more complex displays should take into mind before purchasing space.
Main Expo Hall: Vendor spaces within the Main Expo Hall are arranged in a large, open space that is locked up at the end of each day’s vendor hall hours.
Creatives Alley: Spaces in the Creatives Alley are arrayed throughout the main concourses of the hotel where convention programming and events are taking place. As they are located in the main concourses of the hotel, they cannot be locked at night like spaces in the Main Expo Hall, and vendors in these spaces should secure any valuable items when finished at the end of each day. These spaces are offered at a lesser rate than those in the Main Expo Hall since they are not in a space that can be locked at night.
Main Expo Hall and Vendor Hours
Friday, July 18: 12noon to 6pm
Saturday, July 19: 10am to 6pm
Sunday, July 20: 10am to 4pm
*Note: There will be a period for early exhibitor/vendor set-up from 4pm – 7pm on Thursday, July 16th.
Friday morning set-up hours for exhibitors/vendors will be from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
