Imaginarium Workshop Signup Form

Below is the official Imaginarium Signup Form. In the boxes provided, for the workshops you wish to attend, please put your full name that you registered with (so we can check our registry to confirm that you are indeed registered for attending the convention) and then put your email address that you would like for us to contact you with.

Workshops are filled on a first-come, first serve basis, and descriptions with notes on space limitations are on the Workshop description page. We will keep a waiting list in order if a particular workshop fills up.
