Becky “Lady Of” Steele has been a leader across multiple industries in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) for over a decade. She believes that people change, and careers should too — especially for creative individuals. In fact, she’s made almost every job transition possible: (re)entering the workforce, corporate world to startups, becoming a small business owner, even getting laid off. Using her Mutable Career framework, Becky empowers others to change their career so that it conforms to who they are now, and not settle for a career that resembles who they used to be.
Becky has several publications in progress, with a focus on horror/thriller, non-fiction, and poetry/prose. She holds her Master’s Degree in Physics and lives in Louisville, Kentucky with her partners. Becky currently works from home, leading a team of engineers at a space industry startup.
