Want to become a Panelist or Spotlighted Guest at Imaginarium 2024?
Participating as a Panelist is a great way to participate in Imaginarium 2024, our 11th year, access our extensive, premium content, network, and raise awareness of your work! A Panelist receives a major discount on Event Tickets for themselves and up to two other attendees coming with them, in addition to being individually promoted on our Official Site on both the main Guest Page and an individual one!
We also have a limited number of Spotlighted Guest slots available for Imaginarium 2024! These are very selective slots for well-established industry professionals that include a complimentary full-weekend Event Ticket for them and major discounts for up to two additional attendees coming with them.
Both Spotlighted Guests and Panelists are announced on our home page, official social media channels, and in our growing eNewsletter!

We welcome a variety of guests, in all genres, including:

- songwriters
- illustrators
- and others from the creative world.
Our staff will review all applications and if you are selected you will receive a direct invitation from our programming staff. Due to the volume of guest applications that we now receive, it may take some additional time at certain periods to review and evaluate your application.
Regarding Spotlighted Guests and Panelists for 2023:
- Spotlighted Guests receive 1 complimentary full-weekend Event Ticket for their participation. Spotlighted Guests may purchase up to TWO additional Event Tickets at 50% off our regular weekend Event Ticket Rate for assistants or significant others who would like full access to Imaginarium 2024’s programming, events, and activities.
- Panelists receive 50% off of our full-weekend Event Ticket rate, with full access to the Imaginarium 2024 weekend for just $70 (normally $150). Panelists may also purchase up to TWO additional full-weekend Event Tickets at the discounted rate.
- All Spotlighted Guests and Panelists will be featured on our main Guest Page, in addition to having an individual Guest/Panelist page on our Official Site.
- Panelists and Spotlighted Guests must be available for activity on at least two days of the Imaginarium 2024 Convention week, July 19-21, 2024.
- We ask that Panelists participate on a minimum of two panel sessions, or to present an accepted workshop/seminar.
- Please do not apply if you are unsure of your schedule/availability for the Imaginarium 2024. Accepted Panelists and Spotlighted Guests are promoted on the site and the list of accepted guests can have an effect on both programming planning and acceptance of new guests. Only apply if you are sure you can attend if accepted. If you are employed, clear your availability with your employer prior to filling out this application. We understand emergency situations, but we expect you to participate if you are named a Spotlighted Guest or Panelist of Imaginarium 2024. We promote our Spotlighted Guests, Panelists, and programming extensively, and create graphics, banners and guest pages that take time, effort, and resources, and those who do not honor their commitment deny a slot to other potential Spotlighted Guests and Panelists and creates added challenges for our programming staff. So please do not apply unless you are firm in your intent to participate.
