Elizabeth’s work has received many accolades, including the Mimi Zanger Literary Award, three Darrell Awards, and runner-up for an Imadjinn Award in screenplay writing! With over 25 years in professional journalism, Elizabeth belongs to many writing and trade organizations.
Elizabeth is also the founder of The Literary Underworld, a small-press author collective, and she teaches journalism and English composition at SIUE and St. Louis University.
