Vendor Spaces

Become a vendor at Imaginarium 2018 in the Imadjinn Book Fair and Expo!

Vendor spaces for 2018 are available for just $110 each, which includes an 8ft. tables with table cloths, and one weekend pass.

Spaces can  be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis until all spaces are filled.

The Imadjinn Book Fair and Expo is open for free to the general public.

Author/Filmmaker/Artist Table policy: Those wishing to exhibit in the Imadjinn Book Fair and Expo are allowed to share table space, but the table reservation must be made under a single name.

Vendor tables and extra vendor badges are purchased on a non-refundable basis. Vendor tables are eight feet in length and come with a table cloth.  A vendor badge is equivalent to a full weekend pass for purposes of accessing the Imaginarium Convention.

Expo Hours for 2018 are:

Friday: 3 pm to 7:30 pm

Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm

Sunday: 10 am to 4 pm

Vendors may set up either Thursday evening (October 4th) in a special time block to be announced, or also from 8am onward on Friday, October 5th (expo opens to public at 3pm).

Vendors must fill out the form below and then complete payment using the buttons beneath the form for the reservation of space to be complete.
