Herman Wang has been composing and performing synthpop music in various bands since his early teens. He got his start in filmmaking by directing music videos for his band Delica-m. After these music videos screened at film festivals across Canada, USA and Europe and won multiple awards, he decided to try his hand at narrative film, creating the web series The Spell Tutor.
