A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, award-winning filmmaker, 3D printing artist, video editor, artist, and prop maker Matthew Smith has a BFA in printmaking, a minor in visual media and a certificate in veteran studies. Matthew studied abroad for creative media and film making in 2019 at Massey University located in Wellington, NZ.
Matthew launched an LLC In 2020 for Indy film production and 3d printing services called Appalachian Ghost Productions LLC.
He has been greatly inspired by psychological thrillers, mythology and stories filled with allegory. He is a father, veteran and visual storyteller.
