I am an author and have two speaker series about Appalachian Folklore, granny witches, superstition. The second series is about the Scottish Witch trials and the relation to Appalachian culture and granny witches. I am a native of Eastern Kentucky and grew up in Shotgun Holler where I learned the ways of my ancestors and reveled in the rich culture of storytelling.
