Born on the sunlit shores of the French Mediterranean, Jocelyne Waddle now lives in Frankfort, Kentucky, where she and her husband raised two daughters and enjoy time with their three grandchildren.
A former educator and lifelong learner, she holds advanced degrees in English, Education, Public Administration, and Foreign Policy, including an M.Ed. with a specialization in Gifted and Talented Education.
Jocelyne’s passion for world languages, botany, and floriography flourished when she crossed the Atlantic. Her published articles on gardening and floral symbolism led to her debut historical mystery novel, Death Comes At First Light, where secrets unfurl like petals, weaving romance and intrigue.
When not writing, she tends to her garden full of heirloom roses and a few naughty plants, much to the delight of her three grandchildren.
