James is an author, publisher, business consultant and serial entrepreneur. Growing up during his early formative years in the Ohio River Valley of the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia, James found escape through reading and writing. He entered the indie-publishing space in 2009 with his first published book, “Thief King” that he wrote as a means to share storytelling with his children. James went on to create an online publishing company promoting over thirty authors and well over a hundred titles before finding the company a new home in 2017.
Since that time, he was able to break out of a serious dry spell as a writer and is again writing and publishing. Written as a form of self-therapy, James’s most recent book is “The Adventures of Wanda and Lodge”, in the genre of a supernatural americana. It will be released in 2026.
