With over 17 years in the haunted house industry, Amanda has enjoyed working every aspect there is from scare actor and makeup artist, to set design and tech, while working her way up to owner. She and her husband, Sean “Joker” Durkin, have owned and operated their very own haunted house, Malice Manor, for the past 8 years. This has been the main goal for both of them.

Past jobs, working for Trip Sixx and CCS, gave Amanda opportunities to work on several creative projects across the US. Past highlights have included making vacuum panels for TV shows like Bones, theme parks like Six Flags, Sea World, and Nightclubs in NYC & Vegas. She and her husband have created foam sculptured fabrications for the Kentucky State Fair, Kentucky Derby festival, Gallopalooza Horses, the Mint Julep Cup, and Light Up Louisville. Amanda has also been a costume designer and makeup artist, including teaching special effects makeup.

More recently, Amanda and Sean have been actors with Hallowed Hills Entertainment in their film “Malice Manor Cribs”, and executive producers on an upcoming film with Hallowed Hills Entertainment, along with several future projects in the works!
