Born in Jonesville, LA, Melissa became fascinated with folklore and mythology at an early age. She began writing short stories and essays at fifteen. In 2015, she had the honor of being included as one of the authors in Southern Haunts 3: Magick Beneath the Moonlight. Her current projects are a speculative fiction crime novel and a collection of supernatural short stories.
