Kristy Strouse has been writing most of her life, whether fiction or criticism. An avid cinephile, for several years she has been a film critic, becoming rotten tomatoes certified and covering a plethora of film and TV. As a journalist she has attended and conducted interviews at festivals such as Tribeca, Sundance and Austin Film Festival. Her work has been featured several places, including Film Inquiry.com where she is also the Editor in Chief. Her love for art has translated to having more than one podcast, creating video essays, as well as creating her own personal site, celebrating horror: Wonderfully Weird & Horrifying. She is also a screenwriter, with her first short in pre-production. Kristy has also been on the jury for various short film festivals, and loves promoting other’s work as much as her own.
