Kirk Dougal is an author of science fiction, fantasy, horror, and thrillers. His work has appeared in multiple anthologies and his debut horror novel, _Dreams of Ivory and Gold_, was published in 2014. Beginning in December of 2015, he will see the start of a daunting publishing run with the production of his YA dystopian novel, _Jacked, _followed by the sequel to Dreams, _Valleys of the Earth_, which will hit shelves in the first quarter of 2016. His eight-book fantasy series, _The D’Alikar Tales_, also begins printing in early 2016 with one book publishing every quarter for the next two years.
Kirk lives in northwest Ohio with his wife and four children where he is a group publisher for five newspapers.
