Angelyn Sherrod is an award-winning short story writer, lifelong reader and storyteller. She has always been drawn to mysteries and thrillers because of the innate themes of justice and righting wrongs. Therefore, it only seemed natural to start killing people off in her stories: it’s cathartic and oh, so satisfying. Not to mention, it helps to maintain her sanity.

You can step into Angelyn’s world of justice and fair play in Malice In Memphis’s Bluff City Mysteries where you will find two of her short stories: NIGHT FISHING and MIDNIGHT EXPRESS. Malice in Memphis Ghost Stories features the MISADVENTURES OF MAMA LOU: VICTORIAN MAYHEM; and the latest Malice anthology: Elmwood Stories to Die For features the short stories BLOODLINE and HOLDING ON TO YOU. THE GAZEBO won the 3rd Place prize in Southern Writers Magazine’s annual short story contest.
