Born in Pontiac Michigan. Parents: Donald Bruce Maggard, Gloria Maggard. High School: Colton High School, Colton, California. In late 1988, Chris began working with Nick Plantico of Action Unlimited and began building sets, assisting with stunts, working on special effects and worked as a Production Assistant on many film-sets in order to learn and master his craft.

He worked his way up to Directing and Producing after he left LA and moved to North Central Kentucky in 2004. He started and starred in his own Paranormal Television Series for Roku and The Paranormal Reality TV Channel called The Search Existence Unknown. The Series last five years and led him to becoming the Assistant Director for a documentary film titled, Lilly’s Cry in 2016. Later in 2016 to 2017, Chris was hired to be Camera operator and editor for Irish TV’s Sky 191 “Out and About in the USA”. In 2017, he Produced and Directed the Documentary; Harlan Kentucky Manzo Shepherd Story.

His next venture would take him into Writing, Producing and Directing the Paranormal Horror film Rosa Leigh; starring Santiago Cirilo from The Walking Dead, Nashville and Memphis Beat TV Series. He also produced and directed Ashley Worhol and Larry Worhol’s New short film “Amazing Grace”. Plus directed, filmed a upcoming new music video for Ashley Worhol’s band, Worhol, titled “fight fight fight”.

Currently he is in pre-production for his next feature film, For the love of my daughter “
