Hi, My name is Bryan “Sandman” Sanders. I’m a graphic designer, artist, and filmmaker from central Kentucky. I have worked on many feature films, short films, and TV commercials over the years. One of the first professional films that I worked on was “Fire From Below”, starring Kevin Sorbo and Glenn Morshower. I was a camera PA, set designer and featured extra on that shoot.

My artwork has appeared in several local and national magazines, newspapers and websites. I worked as an editorial cartoonist for a short while, then made logos and letterhead for clients freelancing. I eventually took up an interest in building movie props and theater costumes. Several of my custom props and wardrobe have appeared in numerous movie productions. Like Hank Braxtan’s “Return of the Ghostbusters”, Darren Orange’s “Inspectres”, Eric Henninger’s “Friggin’ Aliens”, John Norton’s “Spades”, and UK’s Media Depot Productions “Seed” & “Darkest Dungeon”.

When replicating movie props wasn’t enough, I turned to classic cars and made Ash’s EVIL DEAD car and Kyle Reese’s TERMINATOR get-a-way car. Tom Sullivan, creator of the EVIL DEAD Necronomicon, owns a piece from my ‘73 Delta 88. And the Evil Dead fansite, www.deadites.net did a nice write up on my Sam Raimi Replica!

I self-published over 9 full color, 32 page comic books in the last 10 years. I also have had my artwork printed in the Archie “Sonic the Hedgehog” comics.

I just now recently printed and published my latest comic book called, PAPERCUT 2 Issue 3, “Rosemary’s Baby”. That comic series was based on my 2013 feature film PAPERCUT 2.

After finishing PC2 Issue 3, I have started pre production on a BRAND NEW comic book series called, “FOUR FREEDOM”. That series has over 16 issues planned and I hope to begin production sometime early 2017. To be made right here in Kentucky!
