Become a vendor at Imaginarium 2020 in the Imadjinn Book Fair and Expo!

Vendor spaces for 2020 are now available on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Exhibit in either the main expo hall or the new Creatives Alley!

Vendor space rates:

Main Expo Hall: $175 per space.

Creatives Alley: $125 per space.

Here are the main points on Imaginarium 2020 Vendor Spaces:

  • Each space includes an eight foot long table, covered with a white cloth, and 2 chairs.
  • Each reserved space includes one full weekend pass.
  • Spaces reserved on first-come, first-serve basis until all spaces are filled.
  • Sharing of a table space is allowed, but the vendor space reservation must be made by a single party. If you share please notify us so we can issue both parties a weekend pass.
  • Early load in will be Thursday, July the 9th between 5 – 8 pm
  • Load in starts at 10am on Friday July 10th
  • main expo hall will be locked at night, spaces in the discounted Creatives Alley are located in open areas of convention (atriums, concourses, etc) and are not locked down at night. Vendors in Creatives Alley assume all responsibility for inventory left unsecured.

Vendor tables and extra vendor badges are purchased on a non-refundable basis. Vendor tables are eight feet in length and come with a table cloth.  A vendor badge is equivalent to a full weekend pass for purposes of accessing the Imaginarium Convention.

Expo Hours for 2020 are:

Friday: 2 pm to 6:00 pm

Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm

Sunday: 10 am to 5 pm

Vendors must fill out the form below and then complete payment using the buttons located beneath the form for the reservation of vendor space to be complete.

Additional Vendor Badges are just $50. You must have reserved vendor space in either the main expo hall or in Creatives Alley to be able to get additional vendor badges at this special rate. A vendor badge provides full access to the convention in the same way as a full individual weekend pass.
